Rajita Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to or using Rajita. Completing a payment or using the service constitutes express acceptance of all the terms below.

1. Service provider

2. Service description

Rajita is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing clinics and medical centers. Depending on the selected plan, it includes management of:

Patients.
Appointments.
Doctors.
Invoices and payments.
Medical files.
Reports.
Notifications.
Other announced features.

Rajita is an administrative and technical system only. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. All medical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the doctor or medical institution.

3. Subscription

The subscription is valid for the period stated in the selected plan.
The subscription starts after successful payment verification and account activation.
Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
A subscription may be renewed at any time.
When renewed before expiration, the new period is added to the current subscription period.
A subscription is limited to one clinic and may not be transferred, resold, or shared with another entity without the written approval of Raven Software IQ.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars or in the currency shown during checkout.
Payments are processed through TamPay and its connected payment providers.
TamPay, the bank, or the card provider may impose additional processing or currency-conversion fees. Raven Software IQ is not responsible for those fees.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the final amount before completing payment.

5. Payment verification

Subscription activation does not rely only on a successful checkout page. Rajita verifies the payment status, order number, amount, currency, transaction number, and final payment result before activation.

6. Suspended accounts

If an account is suspended because of a violation or administrative action, a successful payment does not automatically reactivate the account.

7. Refund policy

A purchase may be cancelled before payment is completed.
After subscription activation, a refund is available only for a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, failure to activate the subscription, or a material defect that prevents use of the service.
A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

8. Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, protecting passwords, and complying with laws relating to medical data.

9. Backups and data

Raven Software IQ uses reasonable efforts to protect data but is not responsible for data loss caused by user deletion, sharing login credentials, or circumstances outside its control.

10. Subscription expiration

Access may be suspended when a subscription expires. The company may retain data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Service availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, internet problems, hosting-provider issues, or third-party services.

12. Force majeure

Raven Software IQ is not responsible for events outside its reasonable control.

13. Prohibited use

Hacking, reselling, copying, or using the system unlawfully is prohibited.

14. Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights relating to the system are owned by Raven Software IQ.

15. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." Any financial liability is limited to the subscription amount paid.

16. Changes to prices and terms

Prices, plans, and terms may be changed in the future without affecting subscriptions that are already active.

17. Taxes

Prices do not include future taxes or government fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

18. Legal capacity

The customer confirms that they are legally authorized to enter into the subscription.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. The courts of Mosul have jurisdiction over disputes unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Acceptance

By completing payment or using the system, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
